I constantly receive ripped mail (letters, flyers and magazines). I stopped by post office several times to bring my concern to USPS Supervisor but it did not help. I am very disappointed with mail delivery service in Dedham!
This is my closest post office and of course Saturday is a busy day. I have never come here and had the staff be hustling. The line is always 10 people plus. And what I just witnessed 30 minutes before closing is one of the two tellers walking away to smoke. Seriously?!! There are 10 people in line and you take a smoke break?! Thirty minutes before you close?!
If you don't have to go there do not go. The service is terrible and disrespectful to the customers. I just stood there 30 minutes because one of the tellers just decided to leave without any explanation. The other Teller was so stressed that she did so many mistakes and the line was piling up.
