Audy has fixed several of my automobiles and they have done an amazing job. The staff are super professional and the keep you posted and updated on the status of the repairs. It's like being at the dealership without paying dealer prices. Joe at Audy is super knowledgeable about all types of vehicles and his entire team is awesome! I have several high end cars that I will only bring to them for repairs. Trust me...check them out the next time your vehicle is in need of repair and you'll see exactly why I mentioned this in this review. I was looking for an auto shop closer to hope and I have driven by this shop for five years. I finally called and spoke to Joe to see if he could help my car- needed to be re inspected and he told me to bring it down! I got there and instantly knew that Joe and Nick were very honest people- they explained to me why my car originally didn't pass inspection and told me how to fix it. My car later passed inspection and I brought my car back a few weeks later- instant oil change! They also checked out the car to see if anything else was needed and I knew I needed new tires. My tires are 2-3 years old and they spent the time to tell me what new tires would be a good match for my car and gave me the price. They also gave me options for other tires that were cheaper and said the choice was up to me! They also told me about the rebate for tires and gave me all the details. These guys are honest and truly want to help. They explain everything to the very last detail. I Can't say enough great things about Joe, Nick and this auto shop!

The service was prompt, honest and professional. I was getting tires replaced, and Nick told me to wait a week if possible so that I could take advantage of the Michelin promotion. (The guy at the big box tire store did not share this info.) We have had work done on 3 of our cars and have been very happy every time.
The most friendly and honest auto mechanics I've ever met. They were recommended to me by a friend who told me that they were so honest they would not go anywhere else. And also that they did very good work for reasonable price. So I went there because someone told me I needed a tune up, and that's what I told them. They took the car for a test drive, came back and told me I did not need a tune up. They then advised me to put a higher octane gas in the car and see what happens. So I did. Before I changed the gas, the car was very sluggish in acceleration. As soon as I changed the gas the car had acceleration I haven't had in a year. They did not charge me one penny and I have continued to drive since then without a problem. They are the best that I have ever met. This is the testimony of a single woman who is retired. That should say it all!!!!!
