Great experience! I walked in to the store and within 30 min had what I needed, and my sales rep was great! He let me try everything out and when I asked, gave his own opinion and helped me pick out what I needed. Just got the couch delivered and the two men who brought it in could not have been nicer and did a great job. Thanks Bob's!
I purchased a sectional in the spring and was satisfied with the service, so I decided to purchase a living room set for my mother. I order the set online and everything went smoothly. When the set came, i realized that the sofa was too big for the space so I sent it back. I called the store and told them that I wanted to swap the sofa for the chair & 1/2. The customer service representative that I spoke to had an attitude from the moment she answered the phone. She asked me go to the store to reselect what I wanted. I told her that I wouldn’t be able to go to the store but I knew what I wanted. She said that she had to complete something on her end and would call me back. when she called back, she asked if I had the card I had purchased the furniture with so she could refund me the difference. I then asked about the chair &1/2 that I mentioned in the previous conversation, then out of no where she starts to get loud with me. In a very condescending tone, she asked me if I knew what reselect meant. She was extremely rude. When I asked to speak to a manager she said the manager was busy, then she hung up on me. She called back and said the phone disconnected, then transferred my call to another associate. The second associate apologized for her behavior. I explained to him what I wanted and he said that he would call me back. He never called so I called about an hour later and was told that he was gone for the day. They were extremely unprofessional!
I am currently experiencing what is the worst customer service I have ever had over an issue that should be a relatively easy fix. My boyfriend and I canceled an order for a foundation and I am still waiting for a refund. The staff is incompetent and keeps telling me the same thing, that their accounting department will look into it. Their lack of professionalism is disappointing. When I spend over $1,000 in a store, I expect some kind of customer service. I never received the product and all I want is a simple refund. Why is this so difficult for them? Bob's pricing may be great, but if there is a discrepancy with your order, consider yourself screwed. We are all better off spending the extra money and heading to a professional store with professional staff that have protocols and procedures in place to rectify customer issues. Lesson learned.

I walked in late on a Thursday night hoping to try out a few mattresses in person so that I could order one later. Within seconds of entering I was greeted by one of the staff. He led me to the mattresses and had me try out almost every bed. When I found one that I really liked I wasn't pressured into getting a more expensive one; he only cared that I was content and comfortable. My mattress delivery arrived not too long ago and I couldn't be happier. It took less than 10 minutes for everything to get set up. My bed is my favorite part of the house now. And it's great to know that if I don't like the mattress I chose for any reason I can go back to get another one later. I found a mattress that works for me at a price that I can afford and it was all organized by Kevin Guevara who stuck with me and provided amazing service even 40 minutes after the store had closed. Thank you so much!!
Arrived early to Bob's this morning with intention on purchasing a reasonably priced living room set for carry me through the holiday season. ( something nice for entertaining but not so nice I didn't want people sitting or lounging on it
